Gate Discharge

Parameter range:
STD

Working Voltage (VDC) :Maximum continuous working DC voltage

VDC is the recommended maximum continuous operating DC voltage for STD.

Typical ESD Trigger Voltage(Vtrigger):ESD trigger voltage

The Vtrigger uses an ESD168 instrument to detect the triggering voltage at both ends of the component using a slope of 1200V/1ms.

Typical ESD Clamping Voltage at 60ns(VC):ESD suppression voltage

VC refers to the voltage measured by an oscilloscope on a 60ns time axis during static testing of the product, which serves as a reference value.

Leakage current(at initial State)(ILDC):Leakage current

ILDC is an STD product. Measure the leakage current value of the product with VDC voltage at 25 ℃.

Leakage current (after ESD Test)(ILDCA):Leakage current

ILDCA is an STD product. At 25 ℃, after being struck by ESD, the leakage current value of the product is measured at VDC voltage.

Cap.value at 1MHz(C)Capacitance

The capacitance c is measured at a specific frequency of 1MHz.

The ESD168 instrument utilizes a 1200V/1mS slope to detect the trigger voltage (Vt1) at both ends of the element.
